2017 Fun Fly info
Our fun fly was held August 26-27 at our field west of Park Rapids.
Although the weather was not the best, we had 17 fliers sign up, most of whom got i flying time. Saturday was mostly a bust with rain and/or mist all morning but some breaks came in the afternoon and numerous flights got in the air. Rather than draw for flier prizes Saturday as originally planned, and after checking that all fliers planned to return Sunday (or had stand-ins), we postponed the drawing until Sunday. We did get one more flier Sunday, and, in the end, everyone walked out with something.
